Para una comprensión completa de esta oportunidad y de lo que se requerirá para ser un candidato exitoso, siga leyendo.Position summaryWe are looking for a Business Development & Project Manager – CDMO to support the company's commercial growth and execution capabilities in custom manufacturing.This person will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and will play a key role in three areas:Preparation and follow-up of quotations for new CDMO opportunitiesProject management of selected opportunities and customer projectsBusiness development, including bringing relevant new industry contacts and helping open doors with potential customersThis is a hybrid role combining technical-commercial business development, cross-functional coordination, and project management .Key responsibilitiesSupport the identification, qualification and development of new CDMO business opportunitiesCoordinate the preparation of quotations and proposals for new projects, working closely with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and FinanceEnsure proper internal follow-up of each opportunity: NDA, technical assessment, feasibility, costing, quotation, customer feedback and next stepsAct as project manager for selected customer opportunities/projects, ensuring alignment across internal functions and timely follow-up of actionsServe as a key interface between the customer and internal teams during early project phasesHelp structure and maintain a robust commercial pipeline, with clear visibility on status, priorities, risks and timingContribute new relevant industry contacts, relationships and leads, especially in sectors aligned with Menadiona's CDMO capabilitiesSupport customer meetings, trade fairs and business development initiativesHelp improve internal discipline and speed in opportunity management and conversionProfile requiredUniversity degree in Chemistry or Chemical EngineeringAround 5–10 years of relevant experience in CDMO, APIs, fine chemicals, pharma ingredients or specialty chemicalsExperience in a role combining some of the following: business development, technical sales, project management, customer-facing technical support, quotation managementStrong ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal actionsGood understanding of industrial chemistry/manufacturing environmentsExperience managing multiple opportunities/projects simultaneouslyInternational mindset and experience dealing with industrial customersFluent English is essential; Spanish is highly desirableExisting industry network/contacts would be a strong plusPersonal skillsStrong coordination and follow-up capabilityStructured and execution-orientedCommercially proactive, but also technically credibleAble to work cross-functionally and push actions internallyHands-on, pragmatic and comfortable in an industrial environmentGood communication skills with both customers and internal teamsMain objective of the roleTo strengthen Menadiona's CDMO commercial effort by adding a resource that can improve quotation quality and speed, manage selected projects effectively, and contribute to generating new business opportunities and customer relationships .Why this role mattersToday, CDMO business development is concentrated in one person. xiphteb This hire is intended to add bandwidth, structure and commercial reach, while increasing the company's ability to convert pipeline into profitable projects.
