**Tasks**:
- Designing and crafting seasonal **menus**that highlight local produce and reflect the "farm to table" philosophy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local farmers and **suppliers**to ensure the freshest ingredients.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the **kitchen team** to achieve high culinary standards.
- Managing kitchen **operations**, including inventory control, **food** **cost** management, and adherence to **health and safety regulations**.
- Ensuring each dish meets exceptional standards of taste, presentation, and innovation.
- Collaborating with management to introduce new ideas and **culinary trends** to enhance the dining experience.
