In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle; from prospecting and qualification to demos, negotiation, and signed agreements; while representing FirstIgnite at industry conferences and events. You’ll be a key partner to our Product and Partnerships teams, ensuring customer needs and market insights directly shape platform improvements. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulli Book qualified appointments and manage a steady pipeline of prospects. /lili Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities. /lili Conduct technical product demos tailored to customer needs. /lili Negotiate pricing and contract terms. /lili Secure signatures and close SaaS agreements. /lili Travel to conferences and events as a FirstIgnite representative. /lili Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. /lili Provide timely, actionable feedback to the Product team to refine platform features. /lili Report directly to the Head of Partnerships. /li /ulp /ppb Requirements: /b /pulli Proven experience closing SaaS contracts and managing the full sales cycle. /lili Based in Europe with fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Spanish preferred). /lili Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. /lili Highly effective working in a remote environment; self-motivated with excellent time management. /lili Ability to understand technical products and translate value clearly to prospects. /lili Strong organization, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency. /lili Comfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and demo delivery. /lili Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events. /lili Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. /li /ul
