As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.
Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.
Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.
Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.
Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
