Design matters. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the reins of Boho Club’s marketing engine and help drive visibility, engagement, and performance across all channels.
You’re organised, digitally fluent, brand obsessed (in a good way), curious about AI, and confident juggling multiple channels while keeping everything beautifully on brand.
Digital & Content Direction
Lead and coordinate social media strategy and content across all Boho Club outlets
Safeguard and elevate brand consistency across every digital touchpoint
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (photo, video, agencies)
Website, SEO & AI Discovery (GEO)
Optimise our websites for UX, conversion, SEO, and AI-driven discoverability
Coordinate updates and improvements on WordPress
Ensure content structure supports both human users and LLMs
Coordinate with external agencies running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more
Align paid campaigns with brand positioning and commercial objectives
Track performance and actively contribute to optimisation discussions
CRM & Email Marketing
Own and grow our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot)
Maintain clean data, smart segmentation, and meaningful performance tracking
Reporting & Performance
Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs
Work closely with Sales & Marketing to turn data into action
Continuously improve how marketing work gets done: faster, sharper, smarter
Solid experience in digital marketing
