What you will do:
As a member of the User Infrastructure Team, you will explore, assess, and define new use cases for the ENABLER instrument imagery, focusing on Thermal Infrared Data (TIR). You will work directly with the Business Development Team to implement the Earth Observation Sales strategy.
This position offers the opportunity to find new clients, establish sustainable engagement, translate user needs into internal requirements, ensure proper delivery of imaging products, and provide client feedback internally.
You will also support internal projects, R&D projects, or client projects with your remote sensing expertise.
It is important to collaborate with other company areas (ground infrastructure, satellite operations, space infrastructure, management, etc.), integrating new ideas into the Business Development team.
You are expected to work as part of an agile, highly collaborative team focused on short development cycles.
Who you are:
Must:
* BSc/MSc in Business, Remote Sensing, or a related field with at least 2 years of business development experience.
* Enthusiasm for the New Space industry and satellite-based solutions.
* Experience working with remote sensing data in the thermal infrared region (e.g., Landsat, Aster, Sentinel-3, MODIS).
* Experience with GIS or geospatial data processing, using remote sensing libraries and processing geospatial data.
* Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements for imaging products.
* Knowledge of data structures for vector and raster geospatial datasets in ingestion pipelines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Nice to have:
* Experience with at least one remote sensing thermal data use case (e.g., wildfires, precision agriculture).
* Experience in geospatial image processing using Python or R (e.g., Rasterio, Xarray, Geopandas, GDAL, etc.).
* Professional experience in customer success or technical support.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

* Write articles for our magazine and blog.
* Participate in team-building activities and fieldwork.
* Contribute to proposals using remote sensing data.
* Identify and implement process improvements.
