Department: Europe & Latin America Regional Integrated Business Department
Reporting to: Director, Integrated Business Department
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Integrated Business Management & Support
- Assist in driving overall business operations and management for the Europe & Latin America region
- Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance regional operational efficiency
- Track key project progress and provide analysis and support
- Sales Capability Development & CRM Management
- Responsible for regional sales process optimization and standardization
- Manage and optimize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to improve data quality and utilization efficiency
- Analyze sales data to support sales forecasting and performance improvement
- Market & Sales Strategy Management
- Support the development of regional market entry strategies and sales strategies
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights (new energy sector)
- Assist in developing annual/quarterly sales plans and track execution
- Executive Communication & Reporting Support
- Support daily communication between the Regional President, Integrated Business Department Director, and headquarters
- Prepare business presentation materials (e.g., business analysis, strategic reports)
- Coordinate information transfer and decision implementation between headquarters and the region
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, Business Administration, Energy/Electrical Engineering, or New Energy related majors preferred
- Work Experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience; candidates with the following backgrounds preferred:
- New energy industry (e.g., solar PV, energy storage, electric vehicles, etc.)
- Sales operations / Business analysis / Strategic planning
- CRM management or sales system development experience
- Experience in European or Latin American markets preferred
- Experience in multinational companies or complex organizational coordination preferred

- Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business insights
- Experience in sales strategy development and implementation support
- Sales Operations & CRM Capabilities
- Familiar with sales process management and optimization
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to perform sales analysis and forecasting based on data
- Data Analysis Capabilities
- Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Language & Communication Skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, working language) and Chinese mandarin
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred
