Carrying out hotel tours for clients or agencies2. Calculation of prices and quotes for clients3. Supervision and presence at events4. Contract management, event planning and implementation5. Preparation of minutes, seating plan and preparation of everything necessary for the events7. Support in social media management: monthly calendar proposal, content creation and scheduling, comments and messagemanagement, engagement and growth strategy8. Design and writing newsletters in line with the company's strategies and objectives9. Support in the management of collaborations with national and international influencers for the hotel and restaurant10. Participate and coordinate eventsFinancialProvide information as requested by the Finance Department regarding all activities related to the S&E; department.People & DevelopmentDevelop a culture of excellence within the teamBe part of a creating and nurturing philosophy throughout the business to ensure a great team spiritSales & MarketingGive frequent updates to the Management team of guest/customers profilesAssist with marketing and sales events/activities on an ad hoc basisProvide information and statistics activities realizedBe aware of and review all guestcustomers comments, both positive and negative, and where necessary advice on changes toavoid repetitionOtherThis Job Description serves as a guide and may be changed in the light of changing business needsWe are offering:- Training and professional development plan- Full time. 8 hours working (without split shift).
