Responsibilities : This role leads our expansion in the local market by forming key partnerships across Bybit Pay, P2P Service, and Fiat Gateway. The focus is on exploring, acquiring, and maintaining local resources and strategic partnerships to enhance our payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

* Identify and onboard local payment processors, brands, and merchants to grow the Bybit Pay ecosystem.
* Establish partnerships with local businesses and support promotional events to increase brand visibility.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and performance of payment partners.
* Hunt and onboard top-tier local merchants to boost merchant count and transaction volume.
* Develop strategies to retain key merchants and optimize engagement.
* Partner with risk, compliance, and support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
* Identify and secure partnerships with local fiat payment processors to enhance fiat on / off-ramp capabilities.
* Focus on cost-effective payment partners and support technical integration.
* Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
