Overview We’re looking for a Creative Director (Brand & Content) to transform a massive Personal Brand ecosystem into a general, iconic Company Brand. The role goes beyond traditional social media management; it involves leading bold, unconventional concepts that become a movement, bridging David Laroche’s personal influence with Paradox’s institutional power, and building a standalone Company Brand that outlasts its founder.

Responsibilities

- Architect the “Dual‑Brand” strategy, ensuring David Laroche’s personal brand and Paradox’s company brand reinforce each other without cannibalization.
- Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) to shatter the boring codes of the Self‑Help industry.
- Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth &

• Search for YouTube, Aesthetic &

• Vibe for Instagram, Authority &

\n

• Authenticity for LinkedIn.
- Lead radical concepting and end‑to‑end delivery: write hooks, storyboard the narrative, and ensure the final cut matches the vision.
- Find, hire, and onboard specialized talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to bring concepts to life.
- Serve as the creative lead for the internal content team (Factory Manager, Video Editors, Graphic Designers), setting tempo, culture, and standards of excellence.
- Act as the final quality gate, ensuring everything meets the “Paradox Standard” of aesthetics and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to produce assets that convert in Ads, and analyze retention graphs, CTR, and CPL to iterate and scale successful concepts.
- Champion the content factory’s growth engine, driving acquisition through compelling storytelling and data‑driven iteration.

Qualifications

- Proven content builder – grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to significant scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).
- Editorial leadership experience – managed creative teams and elevated videos from good to masterpiece.
- Elite scripting skills – can demonstrate scripts that performed, with hooks that stop the scroll.
- Performance fluency – experience driving business results (ads, launches, conversions) rather than vanity metrics.
- French: native or bilingual

• English: fluent, with strong written communication in English.

Personality

- Intolerant of mediocrity – keen on typography, cuts, headlines, and overall quality.
- Psychology obsessed – studies human nature, asks why people click, share, and what emotion drives them.
- “Doer” with authority – can jump into a project, write the script, direct the shoot, and edit if needed.
- No ego, just impact – accepts that even the best concepts can flop and pivots immediately based on data.

Language French: Native / Bilingual

English: Fluent – written communication is in English.

Additional Information Full‑time, remote or from offices in Dubai or Lisbon. The role may require travel to these offices. We do not accept applicants who need clarity before chaos, prefer balance over intensity, or want to strategize without hands‑on execution.
