If so, then we want YOU on our team We're looking for a talented and motivated Customer Service Tech Support Specialist (German) to join our Barcelona office in Selva de Mar.
What You'll Do:
* Be the friendly voice and technical expert for our German B2C customers.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to our car electrical chargers.
* Become a product whiz and master problem-solving with a smile.
* Manage customer expectations and keep them informed throughout the process.
* Ensure smooth service delivery by meeting and exceeding our SLAs.
* Collaborate with the team to identify and address potential service issues.
* Take ownership of your workload and contribute to a positive team environment.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
* Native fluency in German and strong communication skills (written & verbal).
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* A keen ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
* Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points for:
* Experience in a customer service or technical support role.
* Knowledge of the car electronics industry.
