What You'll Do: Be the friendly voice and technical expert for our German B2C customers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to our car electrical chargers. Become a product whiz and master problem-solving with a smile. Manage customer expectations and keep them informed throughout the process. Ensure smooth service delivery by meeting and exceeding our SLAs. Collaborate with the team to identify and address potential service issues. Take ownership of your workload and contribute to a positive team environment. You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: Native fluency in German and strong communication skills (written & verbal). English proficiency at B2 level or higher. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. A keen ability to troubleshoot technical problems. Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bonus Points for: Experience in a customer service or technical support role.
