Digital Success Manager
Duration: Full Time Contract (12 Months)
Location: Spain / Europe (Remote)
Job overview:
We are seeking a Digital Success Manager (DSM) to provide ongoing training and operational support to our SkillsBuild partner organizations during the onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth of the program.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the SkillsBuild Implementation Manager (IM) and the local CSR Managers (CSRMs) to drive program delivery and meet partner and country targets.
* Deliver ongoing training and operational support during onboarding, activation, implementation, and growth phases.
* Provide platform demos, learner engagement interventions, community activities, and webinars.
* Share knowledge of the SkillsBuild portfolio and platform.
* Assist partners in identifying key competencies, training activities, and engagement strategies.
* Help build communities, identify volunteering opportunities, and share learner success stories.
* Support marketing and communication campaigns for SkillsBuild.
* Participate in the global DSM community for support and best practices sharing.
Candidate requirements:
* Strong technical acumen and comfort with technology.
* Experience in teaching or online training delivery and developing learning plans.
* Operational support and troubleshooting experience.
* Experience with digital learning platforms.
* Knowledge of emerging technology fields (AI, Cyber, Data, Cloud, Software Development) and employability skills.
* Understanding of digital upskilling challenges and regional job markets.
* Familiarity with academic, non-profit, NGOs, and training providers focused on employment.
* Global perspective with relationship-building and collaboration skills.
* Adaptability to different environments and cultures.
