Responsibilities:
* Performing quality controls on lateral flow (strips) and ELISA food diagnostic products in accordance with specifications
* Writing the corresponding quality control reports and approving batches for product manufacturing.
* Analyzing components in accordance with specifications.
* Validating new food matrices.
* Maintaining counter samples of each component batch.
* Organization of the laboratory and maintenance of equipment.
Profile:
* A degree in biology, biotechnology, molecular biology, chemistry, or equivalent will be valued
* Experience in the use of ELISA (sandwich, competitive) and lateral flow techniques. xqysrnh
* Preferably 2 years of professional experience in a food safety/Diagnostics/research laboratory
* You are characterized by a structured and precise way of working
* Ability to work under a Quality Management System
* Highly motivated, diligent, flexible, and able to work in a team
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English
