EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.At IPS we are growing our Real Estate & Buildings business and we are looking for a hands-on Business Developer to drive new opportunities in Spain and internationally.This is a front-line commercial role, focused on identifying, opening, and converting new business opportunities for EPCM, engineering, project management, and technical consulting services in the real estate sector.We are not looking for a financial or investment profile. We are looking for a commercial professional with a strong network in EPCM- real estate, capable of positioning IPS as a trusted technical partner for the transformation and delivery of real estate assets.What is the role About?

As Business Developer selling EPCM Services for the Buildings/Real Estate industry, you will drive business growth across the logistics, residential, hospitality, and offices in the private and public sectors.This position requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams, client relationship management, and revenue generation at local and international levels, reporting to the Commercial HUB and the International Business Industry Manager.Responsible for generating strategic client relationships, high-value opportunities, and connecting clients who need EPCM and consultancy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and originate new business opportunities in Spain and international marketsBuild and manage a strong commercial pipelineDevelop long-term relationships with senior decision-makers in the real estate sectorLead proposals, negotiations, and deal closingSecure framework agreements and repeat business with key clientsCoordinate with technical and marketing teams to convert opportunities into projectsAct as the commercial interface between clients and delivery teams

TargetsAnnual sales operations up to €2M.Acquisition, growth and retention of key strategic accounts.

Who are you?University Degree; background in Architecture or Engineering highly valued.Over 10 years of professional experience in Engineering/Architecture Firms or Consultancy Services, at least 5 years in Real Estate.Experience in cross selling services, consultancy and technical expertise."Hunter" mindset.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (mandatory). Additional local languages are an asset.Mobility and willingness to travel up to 40% across assigned regions.Legal eligibility to work within the EU and UK as required.
