We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Spain!
The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in Business Relationship Management Winzone-Sales forecasting and Account Management Skills. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate must be a native English speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Oversee the management of key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts using Winzone Sales forecasting tools to inform business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company market presence and increase revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize account management skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and sales activities to senior management.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
