Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple product areas, including customer acquisition, engagement, Business Prime, and International Expansion. You will drive best practices, solve complex testing challenges, design scalable test strategies, and enhance the testability of our architectures. A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate and improve testing processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining, measuring, and owning core QA metrics.
* Leading quality assurance initiatives and establishing high standards for product teams.
* Addressing ambiguous quality issues and complex test scenarios.
* Developing AI-driven automation strategies to increase efficiency and coverage.
* Collaborating with development teams to integrate testing throughout the product lifecycle.
* Using data to assess quality before release and in production.
* Managing parallel testing efforts and coordinating product launches.
* Mentoring QA engineers and promoting best practices.
* Making strategic quality-related decisions impacting customer experience.
