From Adecco, we are collaborating with an international technology company specialized in software and payment solutions for the Hospitality industry across Europe.
They are currently expanding their Customer Success team and are looking for several Customer Success Managers with Sweedish/Nordic to join their international division in Madrid.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts within the Hospitality sector, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional services and solutions.
Main responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
* Manage client accounts and support business growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
* Monitor/a KPIs and account performance
* Manage hospitality/software customer accounts and support long-term growth

Requisitos
* Fluent/Native level of Swedish / Nordic languages
* Good level of English
* Previous experience in Hospitality is highly valued
* Backgrounds such as: Front desk hotel operations, Customer support, Consulting, Account management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
* Organized profile with ability to manage multiple accounts
