Your main mission will be to participate in training and projects related to Business and Management of Gastronomic and/or Restaurant Projects.
Our main lines of work are focused on:
* Design, collaborate and participate in training and mentoring activities aimed at undergraduate students and master professionals, in areas such as personal development, educational coaching, team management, entrepreneurship and innovative teaching methodologies.
* Contribute to the pedagogical development of university education, with a focus on leadership, communication and knowledge management.
* Participate in research projects related to learning methodologies, educational coaching and education.
* Collaborate in consulting or advisory projects related to the optimization of training processes and development of competencies in educational and professional environments.
Requirements
Do you identify with the following characteristics?
* You have a University Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or a related discipline.
* You have a Master's Degree in a related area, such as Psychopedagogy or Education.
* You bring at least five years of consolidated experience in the delivery of university training.
* You have training in team coaching and conflict management.
* You have accredited training in Belbin methodology.
* You have a high level of interaction in English (C1) in educational and professional environments.
You will make a difference if...
* You have a PhD in Psychology or Pedagogy.
* You have experience in carrying out projects in innovative and creative environments.
* You have worked in mentoring and coaching dynamics with young groups.
* You consider that you can use Basque in a professional environment.
* You have a Certificate of Disability of 33% or higher.
