We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager for our store located in the heart of Barcelona. If you are passionate about fashion, eager to be part of a dynamic team, and want to actively contribute to the operational organization and management of the store, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve commercial objectives while ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
* Planning and managing staff shifts;
* Analyzing sales KPIs and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
* Providing customer support and ensuring customer loyalty during their shopping experience;
* Coordinating warehouse activities and supervising visual standards.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position;
* Flexible working hours and ability to work in dynamic, high-pressure environments;
* Excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving capabilities;
* Excellent communication skills with both customers and sales team.
