Tasks
* Perform HF power measurements on cables and within rooms using various measurement devices.
* Conduct error analysis through trace options of different manufacturers and protocol analyzers to identify issues in the RAN area.
* Handle incidents and secure traces effectively.
* Perform regular maintenance tasks, including ensuring live network parameter conformity and resolving alarms from all OMCs.
* Manage software upgrades on RAN nodes.
* Act as a consultant for customer orders, providing advice on station selection, connection methods, time estimation, and testing support.
* Provide hands-on support for hardware replacements, configuration, optimizations, and inventory management.
* Continuously seek self-study opportunities to enhance efficiency and stay updated on new developments, standards, and functionalities.
* Collaborate regularly with operations and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations and project success.
Qualifications: Must Have Skills
Mandatory skills: 5 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically operating Ericsson, Nokia, or Huawei RAN. Proficiency in English (reading & writing). Good communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills
German language skills are an advantage.
