The Senior Copywriter is responsible for creating original, persuasive, and high-quality written content for all Loewe Perfumes communications, materials, and creative concepts. In addition, this key role will coordinate and supervise all copywriters working for the company, whether freelancers or through agencies, across different marketing disciplines. The main objective is to ensure a unified and consistent tone of voice for the Loewe Perfumes brand, effectively communicate the brand message, engage the target audience, and achieve the company's marketing objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute innovative creative concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns, either directly or through managing a team of external copywriters.
Write clear, concise, engaging texts that reflect the identity of Loewe Perfumes, for various channels, including:
Print and digital ads
Websites
Social media
Emails
Video scripts and audio spots
Marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, etc.)
Adapt the tone and writing style to different audiences and platforms, always maintaining consistency with the "tone of voice" of Loewe Perfumes.
Thoroughly research the world of Loewe Perfumes, its products, history, and target audience, to faithfully understand and convey the brand message.
Coordinate and supervise the work of external copywriters and/or agencies, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
Develop and maintain a detailed style guide for the "tone of voice" of Loewe Perfumes and ensure its consistent application across all channels and materials.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketing strategists, and other members of the creative team to ensure the integration and effectiveness of campaigns, as well as coherence with the brand's visual identity.
Review and edit own texts and those of other copywriters to ensure grammatical and spelling accuracy, as well as consistency with the Loewe Perfumes style guide.
Stay up-to-date with trends in the luxury, beauty, and advertising industries, as well as with best practices in copywriting and content marketing.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field. Demonstrable experience as a senior copywriter, preferably in an advertising agency, marketing department, or company in the luxury, fashion, or beauty industry. Experience in coordinating and supervising teams of copywriters or agencies. Excellent command of Spanish grammar, spelling, and writing, with an impeccable and adaptable style. Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, original texts that emotionally connect with the target audience. In-depth knowledge of SEO and content marketing techniques and their application in the luxury sector. Exceptional ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creativity, attention to detail, passion for writing, and a deep knowledge of the Loewe Perfumes brand.
Additional Information:
Bilingual: Spanish and English (essential). Proficiency in other languages will be positively valued.
Demonstrable experience in the luxury, fashion, and/or beauty industry, with a deep understanding of the trends and communication codes of this sector.
Familiarity with project management tools and editing software.
