Duties and Responsibilities
* Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries.
* Create all project documentation related to energy requirements for prosumer solutions, including design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentation, solution value proposition, compliance table, and software programming procedures.
* Expand Prosumer Transactional Business Market Share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM / EOEM targeted accounts within the covered geography.
* Support the deployment of new offers in the field. Promote acceptance and participation in our main launch deployment activities.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance their knowledge of prosumer products (Sales enabler) and activate the sales cycle.
* Partner with channel partners to train staff on technical aspects.
* Identify and execute technical sales activities for new customer leads, including existing and new offers.
* Provide engineering support during installation, including process, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretations, and quality assurance at all stages.
* Coordinate with the business forecasting leader to keep the partner updated.
Experience Level
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related technical/engineering degree is preferable. Background in technical engineering validation related to inverters and batteries. Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including influencing, persuading, listening, and soliciting input. Knowledge of industrial communication systems for smart/connected systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks from various stakeholders. Analytical thinking, creativity, presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service orientation are essential.
