This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership across international markets. </p><p></p><p><strong> A few of the standout things we offer: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li> Work Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a hybrid work setup that helps you balance your professional and personal life. </li><li> Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team that embraces collaboration and creativity. </li><li> Award-Winning Workplace: Proudly awarded the Great Place to Work’ accolade for consecutive years, reflecting our commitment to a positive and inclusive culture. </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong> What You’ll Be doing: </strong></p><p></p><p> As our Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales and Growth, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a globally focused sales function, helping to ensure priorities, communication, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently. </p><p></p><p> Supporting our Sales Director based in Spain, this role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities across international teams and time zones. </p><p></p><p> You will play a key role in coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, preparing reports and documentation, and helping facilitate strong relationships both internally and externally. </p><p></p><p> This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being highly organised, staying one step ahead, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office. </p><p></p><p><strong> Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li> Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Growth </li><li> Manage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zones </li><li> Organise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation </li><li> Gather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetings </li><li> Assist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking </li><li> Support onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clients </li><li> Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives </li><li> Coordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achieved </li><li> Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation </li><li> Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams </li><li> Provide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiatives </li><li> Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required </li></ul><p></p><p><strong> About You </strong></p><p></p><p> You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. </p><p> You enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. You are approachable, collaborative, and communicate confidently with people across all levels of the business. </p><p> You thrive in team environments, enjoy working with others, and contribute positively to workplace culture through your professionalism, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed. </p><p></p><p><strong> Further to that, our ideal candidate will have: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration, or similar senior support role preferred </li><li> Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams </li><li> Strong administrative, coordination, and project management skills </li><li> Excellent organisational and time management abilities </li><li> Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Confidence preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation </li><li> Proficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems </li><li> Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team </li><li> High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability </li><li> Experience working across international markets or time zones preferred </li><li> A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach </li><li> Experience supporting premium consumer, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or global retail brands is highly regarded, particularly within commercially driven and brand-focused environments </li><li> A positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business </li></ul><p></p><p> If you’re looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced global business where you can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. </p>
