We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer to help ensure that advanced AI and large-language-model solutions perform reliably in real-world environments. You will play a key role in validating the technical quality and functional integrity of AI applications delivered to clients. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, testing expertise, and an understanding of modern ML/LLM workflows.

What You'll Do
Oversee and validate the performance, stability, and reliability of AI-powered products across diverse deployment scenarios.
Partner closely with engineering, project management, and product teams to shape clear and measurable acceptance criteria.
Assess system behaviour under different operating conditions to ensure scalability, low latency, and correct data handling.
Build consistent quality-control processes and reporting standards across multiple projects.
Create and maintain specialized test suites for machine-learning pipelines and LLM-based solutions.
Develop automated and manual testing frameworks for chat-based systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) setups, APIs, and data workflows.
Help refine QA methodologies, contributing to best practices for validating ML and LLM features.
Serve as the primary quality gate before release, ensuring all deliverables meet technical and functional expectations.
Required Experience & Skills
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least two years of experience in software or machine-learning QA, including functional, performance, and automated testing.
Solid understanding of testing principles for AI/ML environments (e.g., reproducibility, model evaluation, bias considerations).
Experience working with modern ML and LLM tools, including Python, APIs, and cloud-based ML services.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish or French is considered advantageous.
