What you'll do
* Develop and review the long-range supply plan (24 months to 5 years).
* Plan deployment requirements for 6-24 months for the region.
* Review the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, propose expansion or contraction needs, and communicate findings to supply chain leadership.
* Support inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes.
* Identify finished goods requirements in markets and propose allocations based on business priorities.
* Contribute to regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP).
* Collaborate with operational supply planning teams.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.
What makes you a good fit
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Supply Chain Master’s Degree.
* 4-5 years of experience in supply chain or material planning.
* Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus.
* Proficient with advanced planning tools (e.G., APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP).
* Experience with ERP systems like SAP.
* Good team player with motivation to grow within the supply chain team.
