Requirements
* At least one year of experience working in the real estate sector in an agency or developer
* Results-oriented, based on the objectives proposed by the company
* Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to market changes
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Residency in Marbella, Estepona, or surroundings is a plus
* Driving license and own vehicle
* Fluent in English and an essential third language: Russian, Polish, Dutch, or German
What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and advising clients interested in purchasing properties from TM Grupo Inmobiliario's portfolio
* Identifying client needs to offer the best options for their preferences and budget
* Providing clear and detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, financing, and related services
* Developing close relationships with current and potential clients to foster loyalty
* Achieving the sales targets set by the company
