Team Management and Sales Analysis
* Drives the preparation of the weekly, monthly or quarterly sales plan and identification of target customer and prospect groups based on pipeline, upcoming renewals, and product fit per customer, using dedicated analytical tools in Qlick and CRM.
* Actively participates in campaign‑driven sales activities by distributing campaign‑generated leads to the right seller, analyzing outcomes (e.g., webinars), and logging all activities accurately in the CRM and monitoring KPIs related to lead conversion for the team.
* Uses profitability analysis to support the team in defining the right approach towards customers to maintain optimal service levels (not under‑ or over‑service).
* Monitors and manages pipeline velocity to ensure healthy opportunity flow and achievement of sales targets.
Selling Activity
* Converts inbound and outbound leads into revenue through consultative, value‑driven sales conversations, using virtual selling tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.) and meeting defined activity and coverage targets.
* Prepares proposals and quotations in line with approved pricing; negotiates commercial terms and successfully closes net‑new, cross‑sell, up‑sell, and renewal opportunities.
* Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, building long‑term relationships and sharing customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Promotes Amadeus products, services, and solutions through virtual meetings, webinars, digital events, and roadshows, delivering compelling demos and business‑focused presentations.
* Supports customer onboarding and adoption using digital tools, clearly articulating Amadeus’ value proposition and guiding customers through implementation processes.
Marketing and Digitalization
* Participates in sales campaign design and contributes to marketing campaigns aimed at acquisition, IT sales, and product adoption.
* Supports adoption of sales and marketing materials related to Inside Sales products and services.
* Participates actively in the improvement of sales automation/digitalization, aiming at touchless processes and services for the long tail of customers (contract renewals, automated lead generation).
Requirements
* Ability to identify new business opportunities and effectively qualify leads.
* Good understanding of remote sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts and business value.
* Proven relationship‑building and influencing skills across different stakeholder levels.
* Team leadership and management skills.
* Solid negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling challenging conversations.
* Proficiency in Spanish, English and German.
