As part of their European growth strategy, they are expanding their sales team with this new appointment. The role will ensure consistent growth in sales by identifying opportunities, developing sales strategies and action plans.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through structured planning, outreach, and pipeline management
Perform cost–benefit and commercial viability analyses for both existing and prospective accounts
Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales targets within defined timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned and effective sales delivery
Recommend improvements to products, services, and commercial strategies based on performance analysis and market feedback
Support pricing strategy, quotations, promotions, and commercial negotiations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients
Manage the full sales cycle, including order processing, contract preparation, and payment follow-up
Maintain accurate reporting, including sales activity, pipeline updates, and market analysis
Ensure full compliance with company policies and relevant quality, environmental, and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IFS)
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in either PET Packaging (Bottles, Containers, Jars and Caps) or Plastic Packaging
Computer literate, with knowledge of current operating systems and software
