Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Children’s Activity Assistant / Operations Assistant role in Zaragoza, Spain.
This position supports the daily operations of a premium health and wellness club environment. The successful candidate will help create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for members and their families while assisting with operational tasks across the club.
The role requires a proactive individual with strong teamwork skills and a passion for providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and engage children in a safe and supportive environment
* Support day-to-day club operations and activity areas
* Assist with opening and closing operational procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of shared and activity spaces
* Welcome members and support a positive member experience
* Assist different departments when operational support is required
* Follow health, safety, and safeguarding procedures at all times
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain service standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Interest or experience in working with children
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Reliable and responsible approach to work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Customer service experience is an advantage
* First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory
