The Performance Controller further supports the Head of Commercial in the preparation of the business decision-making bases for management, with a focus on KPI-driven analysis. /ppbr/ppYour main responsibilities will be: /pulliResponsible for the operative budgeting and planning process as well as cost and project controlling, with a strong focus on variance analysis, identification of deviations and proactive performance steering. /liliResponsible for the investment controlling of the Spanish assets of VERBUND, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance against budget, forecast and defined KPIs. /liliPrepare budget- and review meetings with the shareholders, providing analytical insights, deviation analysis and clear explanations of business performance. /liliCreate deviation analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast), identify root causes and propose corrective actions, and process ad hoc inquiries with a strong analytical approach. /liliPrepare business decision-making bases for management, with a focus on KPI-driven analysis and performance evaluation. Responsible for (parts of) group reports and shareholder meetings. Master’s in finance is desirable. /lili5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position. /liliExperience with integrated budgeting. /liliKnowledge of SAP (CO, PS, BW, first contact with SAP S4/HANA would be an advantage). /liliVery good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point). /liliBroad commercials know how. /liliFluently in Spanish and English (German would be an advantage). /liliPrevious experience as an auditor would be an advantage. /li /ul
