SEEKING : Remote IT Support Analyst (Level III)
We are looking for an IT Support Analyst (Level III) You will work in the Spain Hub Support.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide expert-level technical support for complex IT incidents.
- Act as the final escalation point for Level I and II teams.
- Ensure service excellence in a hybrid remote environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
► Resolve advanced infrastructure, application, and network issues.
► Perform root cause analysis and documentation.
► Lead incident response during critical outages.
► Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.
► Mentor junior analysts.
EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & SOFT SKILLS :
● Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration.
● Strong Windows, macOS, and enterprise platform knowledge.
● Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
● Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
● Knowledge of DNS, VPN, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
● Strong written and verbal communication.
● Self-managed remote work capability.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
■ ITIL certification.
■ Experience with SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce.
■ PowerShell or Python scripting.
■ German language proficiency.
STUDIES :
● Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
LANGUAGE :
● English- (C1)
● Spanish
(German is a major plus)

· Rate: €260/€340 per day + VAT (according to the experience provided)
