Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Industry Expertise

Minimum of 5 years of proven success in front-line

Medical Imaging capital equipment sales .
\n
Specialization

Direct experience selling
\n
SPECT, SPECT/CT, and/or PET/CT systems is mandatory.

Network
\n
An established clinical network within Nuclear Medicine departments across Southern Europe is required.

Extensive experience managing and \"driving\" third-party distributors to meet regional goals.

Position Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
\n
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for Southern Europe aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on both account retention and new business development.
\n
Sales Growth
\n
Drive revenue to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
\n
Market Intelligence
\n
Collect and analyze data on competitor activity, market size, and individual hospital developments to refine regional strategies.
\n
Relationship Management
\n
Prospect and convert new hospital accounts while maintaining strong ties with existing users.
\n
Cross-functional Collaboration:
\n
Maintain internal relationships with Tender, Customer Service, R&D;, and Field Applications teams.
\n
Clinical Education
\n
Ensure customers are fully trained on product usage and kept informed of the latest clinical data and software updates.

Operations
