EMEA Channel Sales Support Coordinator We are seeking a Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer queries.
Responsibilities Help the sales team improve their productivity by managing administrative tasks between them and customers.
Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and verify that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and all orders are on time.
Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems as needed.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and provide information and guides to help the sales team.
Perform other ad‐hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities.
Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust.
Qualifications CFGS/Degree in Administration or similar.
3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Advanced English speaker.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem‐solving, and teamwork skills.
