We are looking for an EU project manager with an attitude towards innovation and technology.
Tasks
- Execute Horizon Europe projects in which Sploro is an active partner.
- Monitor project deliverables and participate in consortium meetings.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Taking the role of representing Sploro at international networks and fora (startup events, EBN network, regional fora...)
- Participating in the creation of open calls for proposals under our Horizon Europe running projects
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Not closed to any background but ideally someone with at least 2 years of experience working as project managers for Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects.
- Strong writing skills.
- English is a must (C1 adecuado).
- Project management certificates (PMP, PM2, Agile, etc.)
- Prior experience with Horizon 2020 and/or any other EU funding framework is required.
**Benefits**:
- Initially based in Pamplona, Spain (6 months) but will evaluate personal situations for a later stage (including partially remote).
- Flexible time schedule including 7 hours per workday in the summer and Fridays all year long.
**The hiring process will consist of**:
- First step: Personal interview.
- Second step: Professional test to verify skills in proposal management, Horizon Europe programme and soft-skills
- Third step: final interview with team members.
