We are looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Specialist for an important software company located in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Technical teams, and occasionally Customer Success.
- Analyze and report on key performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Understand and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Contribute to business strategy initiatives with actionable insights.
Requirements :
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within software companies.
- Fluent English (C1 or native level), both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and go-to-market frameworks.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong business-facing mindset.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation.
