Home Manager

Through our smart co-ownership model, we provide access to exceptional high-end properties in the most desired destinations across the Costa del Sol. Our concept allows clients to co-own luxury homes with full service and minimal complexity — combining flexibility, ownership, and premium living.
With Danish roots and an international mindset, we are on an ambitious growth journey. We are now looking for a Home Manager to strengthen our operations and elevate our Owner’s experience.
We are growing quickly, and with that growth comes an increasing number of properties, owners, and operational details to coordinate across our Home Management department.
The Role
You will be at the heart of the owner experience. You will act as the key link between owners, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that our properties run smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
You will actively shape your own workflows, take ownership of decisions, and help build structured processes as the company continues to grow.
Your Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the daily coordination across our portfolio, including:
- Property standards, maintenance coordination, and cleaning services
- Coordination and follow-up with suppliers, handymen, and external partners
- Owner onboarding, communication, and ongoing support
- Coordination of rentals, property usage, and stay preparation
- Tracking maintenance issues and ensuring full resolution
- Supporting the continuous improvement of Home Management workflows and systems
Your focus is clear: delivering a consistently smooth and high-quality experience across every property.
Who You Are
- You bring strong operational experience and a structured mindset into a role where ownership and follow-up are essential.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operations, property management, hospitality, or similar coordination roles
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mentality and confident decision-making
- Highly organised, structured, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and properties simultaneously
- Fluent in English is a must (office language)
- Spanish is a plus
- Scandinavian languages are an advantage, but not required
