As a Customer Support Specialist youll assist customers with their products answer questions troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
* Handle calls messages and emails from customers.
* Provide info and support on the companys products (vacuum cleaners air purifiers hair tools etc.)
* Troubleshoot technical problems.
* Manage warranty claims and repairs.
* Recommend products based on customer needs.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction with professional communication.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Relocate to Greece.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Professional attitude in handling concerns.
* Experience in customer or tech support is a plus.
* Must have an EU passport or work permit for Greece.
