Define an ambitious hunting plan for the Spain market aligned with SHEIN strategic goalsMonitor market trends and benchmark competitors to evolve hunting plan and recommend changes in positioning, services and pricing strategiesActively participate and organize networking events to enhance SHEIN visibilityEffectively recruit key brands and retailers that could provide a relevant assortmentAlign onboarding strategy and implement it to assure KAM team can build a solid business on closed partnerships (f.i.price competitiveness, international coverage, among others) Qualifications
