Idiliq Estates is a leading real estate and development company with over 40 years of success in luxury property across the Costa del Sol and Tenerife.
As part of our growth, we are expanding our in-house marketing team and are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our PPC and SEO strategy.
This is a fully on-site role based in Mijas (not remote or hybrid).
Your role
You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic and leads through paid media and organic search, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and paid social.
* Design and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.
* Conduct keyword, audience and market research for paid and organic channels.
* Test and optimise ads, landing pages and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
* Analyse performance data, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and content teams to align objectives.
What we're looking for
Required experience and skills:
* 2–3 years of experience in PPC and SEO (real estate experience is a plus).
* Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and measurable growth.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
* Strong SEO knowledge and practical experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz.
* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and performance tracking tools.
* Based locally and available to work full-time from our Mijas office.
