The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Application Specialist - Technical Support Level 2 to join our Technology team and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our software solutions.

This role combines technical support, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management , ensuring systems run efficiently while continuously improving performance and reliability.

As part of a growing Technology Hub in Alicante , you will have the opportunity to contribute to building processes, improving environments, and supporting teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

💻🛠 Your Role & Responsibilities:

Application Support & Lifecycle

- Maintain and support production environments
- Ensure proper configuration across different environments
- Improve and optimize the application lifecycle

DevOps & Automation

- Support and promote DevOps practices within service teams
- Evolve and maintain application pipelines across different technologies
- Automate repetitive tasks for production and development teams

Deployment & Environment Management

- Define and manage deployments across environments
- Ensure smooth promotion of applications between stages
- Support development teams with build and release processes

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Fluent Spanish, Fluent English (B2- C1)
- Proven experience with C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
- Strong experience with SQL Server , including performance tuning and database design
- Experience with SSIS
- Knowledge of software architecture principles (SOLID, MVC, WCF)
- Experience with Angular and Node.js
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of Power Apps or low-code tools
- Exposure to legacy environments (ASP.NET / ASP Classic)
