Oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of Phase 1 clinical research studies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with investigators, research subjects, client teams, and clinic operations to facilitate communication and coordination.Plan logistics and resource usage, including staff, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth trial conduct.Track study progress against milestones, client deliverables, and budgets using project management tools.Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations, GCP guidelines, and ethical standards.Manage a team of contributors and supervisors, providing strategic vision and monitoring performance.Deliver operational results impacting short-term department outcomes, using data-driven decision-making.Leverage scientific and technical expertise to contribute to research objectives.Manage processes, projects, and tactics within the team, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field;
advanced degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of clinical trial management experience, focused on Phase 1 studies.Proven track record in managing successful clinical trials.Strong understanding of global and regional research regulations.Excellent organizational, planning, and resource management skills.Leadership skills to manage and guide teams.Certifications
Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or equivalent preferred.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Necessary Skills
Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulations.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in project management and resource planning.Ability to analyze complex data and solve problems effectively.Additional Information
