What you’ll be doing?

* Building your own market (Benelux)
* Prospecting clients (calls, emails, networking)
* Sourcing and qualifying IT talent
* Managing the full recruitment process
* Closing deals between candidates and clients
What we’re looking for?

* Fluent Dutch + English (French or German as a big plus)
* Sales background (BD, account management, real estate, call center…)
* Strong mindset: competitive, resilient, driven
* Someone who wants more than just a job
No recruitment experience needed – we train you.
