ABOUT THE PROPERTY
High -end hospitality property located in Sotogrande, delivering premium F&B; experiences and elevated guest service aligned with luxury service standards. To support continuous operational excellence, we are strengthening our Food & Beverage team with experienced, detail -oriented Waiters.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Waiter executes the full food & beverage service cycle in an autonomous, qualified and guest -centric manner, ensuring a seamless guest journey from menu presentation to order delivery and billing. The role contributes directly to the quality perception of the property and overall guest satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present menus and provide tailored recommendations and upselling aligned with guest expectations.
• Maintain full product knowledge of the food & beverage offering, including ingredients, allergens and wine list.
• Take orders accurately, manage POS entries and coordinate pacing with kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards and timing protocols.
• Prepare and maintain mise -en -place, glassware, cutlery and service stations for operational readiness.
• Ensure tables, counters and service areas remain clean and aligned with F&B; standards.
• Support the setup, service and breakdown of buffets, events and special functions.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate guest feedback, complaints or deviations to supervisors with follow -up as required.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in line with the brand's service culture.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the hospitality sector, including at least 1 year in the luxury segment.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with speed, accuracy and operational discipline.
• Ability to remain positive, composed and service -oriented under pressure.
• High level of English; intermediate level of Spanish.
• Relevant hospitality education or related training.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Mandatory: Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• 22.600€ gross annual salary
• Full -time employment contract
