Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Madrid for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals with some previous experience working with data. The intern will assist the senior HR Analyst in headcount reporting, controlling, and variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports.
* Controlling: Follow up on the number of hirings, exits, types of exits, and absences, as well as any other KPIs related to headcount (occupancy, productivity, etc.).
* Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures to understand trends and causes.
* Data Gathering: Work with various departments to collect and analyze operational and HR data.
* Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with company policies and rules.
* Perform cross-checks with other departments to ensure data quality.
* Process Improvement:
* Support in implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new reports and procedures.
* Analytical Support: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
* Academic degree in Business or a related field.
* Able to sign an internship agreement with their university
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent in English.
Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Eager to improve your technical skills and valuable knowledge in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
