As affiliated legal entities of Textron Aviation, Cessna Citation Service Centers (Paris, Valencia, Dusseldorf, Prague, and Zurich) are part of the world leading company in manufacturing and maintaining Business Jets and Private Aircrafts. We are a network of Maintenance and Repair Organizations with approximately 400 employees across Europe, specialized to perform high quality maintenance, repairs and installations on the entire Cessna, Hawker and Beechcraft product family.
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated B1 / B2 EASA technicians for our Go Team of Madrid.
Key Responsibilities :
* Perform diagnostic and mechanical duties on jet and turboprop aircraft, involving diagnosis of malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, or adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery.
* Check, correct, or replace complex aircraft assemblies, landing gear systems, air conditioning, pressurization systems, and optional equipment installations.
* Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as fuel control units, air bleed systems, oil and fuel pumps, starters/generators, and hydraulic pumps.
* Follow annual and progressive inspection procedures as per aircraft maintenance manuals.
* Perform modifications on aircraft systems and structures.
* Maintain clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification for issue and return documents.
* Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, alignment, and preventive maintenance.
* Ensure work is performed in accordance with the highest safety standards to maintain aircraft airworthiness and reliability.
* Use various tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, and hand tools for repairs and modifications.
Qualifications :
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* EASA B1 / C or B2 and Citation type ratings (CJ, Excel & Latitude).
* Highly motivated team player.
* Proficient in reading and writing English.
* Availability to work during weekends and late shifts.
* Willing to travel.
