Qualifications
* Over 10 years of experience as an NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN
* Experience with radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the mentioned technologies
* Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management
* Solid knowledge of support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area
* Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution proposal skills
Functions
* Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and execution of BTPs
* Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems
* NOC team management and quality analysis
Tools
* Systems for activity and job reception, incident management, and BTPs: iGRIN
* Network Elements Management Systems: RAN manufacturers' tools
* Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA
* Case escalation: iGRI, CEX
* MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Languages
* Spanish: mandatory
* English: an asset
