Job DescriptionAs a LiveDesigner, you will report to the Live Producer and be responsible for designing and managing live events and offers while maintaining game balance mechanics across our mobile games. Prior to applying, a work permit for Spain is required.
Your Core Responsibilities
Plan and follow the game‐balancing mechanics across our Hungry Shark brand.
Plan and set up in‐game offers and in‐game events.
Understand and follow the KPIs to be optimized for each game and construct the balancing accordingly.
Follow and analyze multiple A/B tests to make data‐driven decisions.
Build and constantly update a balancing 'Best practice' module for our future games.
Your Daily Adventure
Suggest, balance, and set up in‐game events to improve players' experience.
Balance and set up live offers to improve player engagement.
Recommend rewards and monetisation game features to improve game performance and player experience.
Propose economy balancing for new features.
Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, balance free content vs. paid currency in the game economy.
Monitor daily performances, thanks to in‐game events and offers.
Create a fun, engaging, and outstanding player experience.
QualificationsYour Skills
Fluent English is mandatory for this position.
Interest in numbers and game economy.
Strong sensitivity to players' experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong problem‐solving skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and to meet changing priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
Team player with open mind and good communication skills.
Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits, and ability to multi‐task and adapt easily to change.
Nice to Haves
Basic programming skills, including at least scripting experience in Visual Basic (VBScript).
Passion for mobile gaming, regularly testing new releases.
Experience with mobile game development.
Experience with live ops is a plus.
