Required skills :
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, human computer interaction, interface or interaction design
* Expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)
* Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups, user scenarios, user dialogues
* High analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experience
* Advanced in prototyping and related tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design and working in CMS with templates is a plus
* Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, and / or relevant aviation fields is an advantage
* Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment
* Flexible to work on different digital B2C initiatives in a team and independently
* Frustration tolerant, constructive and searching for ways to move forward
* Very good communication skills towards cross functional teams and stakeholders
* Fluent in English. German is a plus
