PAn important technology company specializing in software development and digital transformation is seeking to incorporate into its executive structure an: /ppbr/ppbIT DIRECTOR /b /ppbr/ppResponsibilities: /pulliDefine, lead, and execute the general IT strategy, ensuring full alignment with business objectives and the overall corporate strategic plan. /liliEstablish and oversee the IT governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures focused on risk management, compliance, and operational excellence. /liliDrive digital transformation initiatives (cloud migration, automation, data analytics, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity enhancement). /liliLead and develop the IT team (managers, architects, cybersecurity, and infrastructure specialists), fostering a high-performance and innovation-driven culture. /liliManage the IT budget end-to-end, optimizing resources, overseeing technology investments, and ensuring ROI control. /liliCollaborate closely with the Executive Committee and key stakeholders, acting as the technology reference in strategic forums and executive presentations. /liliOversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. /liliNegotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners. /liliDefine and supervise the cybersecurity strategy, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations and international standards. /liliIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data, etc.) to strengthen the company’s competitive advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate studies in Technology Management are highly valued. /liliMinimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions (Director level). /liliProven experience leading cybersecurity strategy, defining policy frameworks, and overseeing or participating in incident response plans. /liliStrong background in managing large-scale IT projects within complex organizational environments. /liliDeep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software development, data management, and cybersecurity. /liliFamiliarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and automation. /liliDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change. /liliFluency in English. /liliStrategic mindset, strong business acumen, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex corporate structures. /li /ul
