The successful candidate will report to the Regional Key Account Director and will explore and manage sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Main Activities :
* Coordinate and manage the sales process for Key Accounts, identify new business opportunities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the KA Director.
* Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and operations.
* Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts.
* Create reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company's CRM system.
* Oversee and lead problem and issue resolution through effective internal coordination and communication.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics.
* At least 5 years of experience in account management roles related to kitchen equipment, Ho.Re.Ca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering), and hospitality sectors.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships across various company levels.
* Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to maintain a constant market presence.
