Job Description :

Unox, a market leader in high-end oven production and certified as a Great Place to Work in Europe for seven consecutive years, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its Sales Team. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Key Account Director and will explore and manage sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Main Activities :

* Coordinate and manage the sales process for Key Accounts, identify new business opportunities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to the KA Director.
* Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and operations.
* Plan and deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations for key accounts.
* Create reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information using the company's CRM system.
* Oversee and lead problem and issue resolution through effective internal coordination and communication.

Requirements :

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics.
* At least 5 years of experience in account management roles related to kitchen equipment, Ho.Re.Ca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering), and hospitality sectors.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships across various company levels.
* Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to maintain a constant market presence.
